Each marker is handmade and made to order. Due to high demand, production times are estimated at 2–3 weeks. Slight variations in color, design, or placement may occur; these are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects. Holiday hours may impact estimated production timelines.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout (standard or express). Shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal or carrier delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Our markers are handcrafted in Canada using high-density lead for radiographic clarity, sealed in a durable, long-lasting resin shell.
4. 🧲 Do you make lead-free markers?
Currently, we do not offer lead-free markers.

Yes! Customization is our specialty. Choose colors, initials, logos, symbols, or fun themed designs (animals, hobbies, seasonal, etc.). Your marker can be as unique as you are.

Wipe with non-corrosive disinfectant wipes. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve the resin and lettering.
