Q: How is the tax & shipping calculated on my purchase?

Tax is standard. General shipping for Canadian orders are $5.00CAD for 1-3 sets.Express Post shipping is recommended for 4 or more sets and charged at an additional: $18.00CAD - Canadian orders $6.50USD for 1-3 sets - USA orders $17.00CAD for 1-3 sets - International orders *Apparel shipping costs to be updated shortly.

How soon are orders processed & shipped?

Each marker is custom made for you. On average an order will take approximately 7-12 days to be
processed and created.

*Orders are shipped via General Mail from Vancouver Canada, It Can take an additional 7-12 days to receive your order depending were you live. If you require express post shipping, delivery will be approximately an additional 2-5 days.

I made a mistake when placing my order, what should I do?

If you have made a mistake or need to revise your order please call us at (604)889-6004 immediately. You can also email us at xraymarkers4u@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your initial order as all items are custom made. All sales final after 2 hours of placing your order.

What if I need to change an item?

As the markers and apparel are custom made, it is important that you inform us within 2 hours of placing your order as all sales are final and we cannot change your order after 24 hours. As previously noted, all sales are final after 2 hours of placing your order.

What if I need to return an item?

All sales are final after 2 hours of placing your order. Please email us at xraymarkers4u@gmail.com or call us at 604-889-6004 for further inquiries on returns.

How many times am I able to download my purchased print?

The uniquely designed prints by Xraymarkers.ca can be downloaded up to three times upon purchase.

What is the Warranty?

If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. If it is an error on our part we would be happy to make it right.

How do I place an order for international shipment?

Xraymarkers.ca ships internationally. We ship anywhere around the world. Please proceed to complete your order and you will be prompted to pick your desired shipping location.
